&lt;P&gt;This is likely one of two issues - either roaming needs to be activated full stop, or you have a roaming setting in place that is preventing you from making international calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you receive a text when you arrived, and have you been able to use the internet, or have you got no service full stop?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im currently overseas and have international roaming package. But I am unavailable to make outgoing calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no means by which to make a call to customer service as my mobile won't allow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue is not with the mobile handset but at EE end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get in touch I d been.
