If you have a regular direct debit in-place, there's no need to make manual payments - if you do so after your monthly bill has been produced, this sort of scenario with double payments can happen.

The overpayment will remain on your account as a credit and count towards your next monthly bill, unless you contact EE-CS on 150 and request a cheque refund.

On 7th January I paid my mobile bill of which I paid 131.50£ or so I thought which was the amount required, however I checked my bank account and it says I have paid 350£ and EE have accepted it, how do I get the overpayment amount back. Do I need to contact EE Billing. Any help would be grateful.
