&lt;P&gt;It would need to be looked at our customer service guides, so they can check the plan and get it corrected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can call from another phone as &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/43656"&gt;@bristolian&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; has mentioned, but if it is a pay monthly contract, you can also try to contact the team through the chat option in the EE app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You just need to select the Help option in the app, scroll to the bottom and choose Talk to Us and then Message Us.&lt;/P&gt;
