      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming that this is an in-app thing on WhatsApp, Messenger or suchlike, then usage of all internet apps is just classed as data usage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're using WiFi, then it's free to you unless you're being charged for the underlying broadband connection. If you're using mobile data, then it comes from your data allowance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
