Bills are located under billing on your EE app (Manage - Billing) or on your online account.

This is what i see when i click on manage. i cannot see where to find paid bills and download them

@Nightingale2 : That looks remarkably like a PAYG a/c (Free Boosts & Buy Plan are peculiar to PAYG). There are no bills with PAYG.

If it's Full Usage you are after that is currently not working & has been reported in Where to see the break down of my usage
