      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to view my bills online but it just says the service isn't working at the moment. I have tried calling and even though I explained how difficult it is to see bills on my phone screen, all the EE customer service person could do was tell me to download the app and have someone in the shop read it out to me. Alternatively I need to pay £3 a month for paper bills.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a more inclusive solution. Fix the website!&amp;nbsp; I can see everything on my computer screen. How is it ok to discriminate against people who need a larger screen to read more complicated paperwork? I think it's awful to neglect a bunch of your customers like that&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem both using the app and the website. Is someone working on this? I am a new user as from 1 April and haven't been able to view my monthly bills.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That will take you to the billing section where you are able to see a breakdown of your latest bill and the option to download the PDF of your bill below that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would recommend testing another browser if you are getting an error when visiting this part of the website.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I can but that's a short term solution.&amp;nbsp; My husband has just checked his account.&amp;nbsp; He has a green band across the whole web page near the top with the word Orders on it.&amp;nbsp; So do I.&amp;nbsp; He's also got Billing and something else on that green band.&amp;nbsp; I don't have those.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just phoned 150 and ended up with a message from my mobile phone service provider which threw me because I didn't know that the two companies were linked.&amp;nbsp; Turns out that you're not.&amp;nbsp; You gave a helpline number assuming that I have my mobile phone with you as well.&amp;nbsp; That's not a clever assumption to make.&amp;nbsp; I surfed, found the correct phone number for your helpline and have had two very helpful calls this afternoon, unlike this online trail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
