      <description>&lt;P&gt;Waited 14 working days to get refund and it never arrived. Phoned had a seriously rude customer service rep that was useless and repeated an obvious script in front of her. When I asked for call reference number and employee name as I missed it at the beginning she hung up. &amp;nbsp;Have no idea if I will ever receive my refund and no idea how to complain about it as it’s not an option when you ring 150. Absolute joke of a company and customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
