Transfer Ownership of Additional Line

I have an additional line on my account which is discounted by 10£ a month, the additional line has been on my account for over 3 months now. I'm just wanting to know, if I transfer ownership of the additional line, would the discount remain?

No, @JLW79 , the £10 discount is for the additional being on the same EE a/c as your main line.
