    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve reached the end of my term. I shouldn’t be charged for it anymore. I called and they confirmed I reached the end of the term. Being charged is a shock to me because I called and asked before before the end of the contract and then I switched.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched my contract to a sim only as it was the end of the contract. However, this is the second month and they’ve been charging me for both phone and sim. Called the first month and they said I should get a refund the next month and the bill should correct itself. I am so upset and will be escalating if they don’t fix it.&lt;/P&gt;
