Several Google play refunds

I have had several transactions refunded from Google play all on the same day which will be more than my monthly mobile bill

Will my account go into credit and used against future bills or what happens

@butterscotch42 If these refunds have been added to you EE account and your bill has not yet been produced then they’ll be used towards your bill, if you’re already had your bill the refunds will be used against your next bill.

Once you receive the bill and if you pay via DD the process to take the payment will have already commenced so it’ll not take in to account any funds on your EE account.

The refunds were added last week totalling approx £35 my bill is processed next weebut only £12.50

If your account has been credited by EE you will be able to see the credit on your next bill.

Please download your bill via the EE app or your EE account online for a full breakdown of charges.
