EE contract is finishing and rate is increasing

Hi,
I pay £25.32/month for my EE contract.

This gets me use of my mobile router (4GEE Router Model B625-261) which I use to access the internet on my laptop.
Also, it includes my mobile phone which is not a smartphonE, its just a "dumbphone", so its not connectable
to the internet.

The contract ends in a few weeks, and the monthly rate will go up by £4.

As such, i would like a cheaper contract and wondered if EE can offer anything cheaper than elsewhere?

Hi, Thanks for getting back...i phoned EE and asked for a quote for a new contract....but they said they couldnt find my address (ive moved to a new address since i started out with EE).

DO you know if anything can be done about this?

Its a bona fide UK property. Many of the past residents were foreign students though so it probably never really got much post etc(?)

You can update your account billing address by following the steps at Edit my personal details in EE

It may be worth checking the correct address details using the Royal Mail Postal Address Finder site first.
