For uncapped speeds you would need to choose Unlimited Essentials Max (Uncapped speeds for the same price as the normal Essentials 100 Mbps capped - exclusive for upgrading customers), Unlimited All Rounder or Unlimited Full Works.

Clicking the info gives information on the different tiers, detailing what is included on No Frills (10 Mbps), Essentials & Essentials Plus (100 Mbps), All Rounder (Uncapped) and Full Works (Uncapped).

Someone help a man out. So thinking of paying off my contract and just getting a Sim only plan. Unlimited. I notice on some plans highlighted in yellow saying uncapped speeds included then click on the info for it to say max speed of 10Mbps is that the maximum speed for all plans?
Also noticed that plans for exiting customers are the same for new customers? (I’m most likely wrong)

If I want a max speed unlimited simo deal which one do I go for and how much would it cost per month? Thanks in advance.

@Profile closed Plans for new or existing customers should be the same cost. Why should an existing customer get it cheaper that’s not how you entice new customers if you expect them to pay more for the same service.
