      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently got my phone and have paid my initial bill but now it’s asking me to pay a new bill and when i check it, it says it’s due in december, but keeps charging me even though my regular bills don’t come till near the end of the month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
