    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm have an existing 30% off friends and family on my current sim only plan and want to upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;At checkout, the discount changes to 50% off when I select a eligible plan - Sim only&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Unlimited Full Works (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Discount Eligible Plan&lt;/SPAN&gt;).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;My question is, if I upgrade online, will my friends and family discount apply and continue.&amp;nbsp; I have seen many threads, where after the online order is submitted, the discount gets removed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I had this issue last time I upgraded in 2019. It took long time to sort out and get the discount re-applied.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16236"&gt;@knight&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; providing you’re still eligible for the friends and family &amp;nbsp;discounts then it will remain it’s changed to a 50% discount is because the discount is now only applied to the Airtime part of the contract as this is a flex pay contract and you do not get any discount on the device. &amp;nbsp;Should you wish to have a traditional style contract you will need to call customer support and then this will only be a 30% discount.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
