No, you can't have more than 1 A/c Holder. However the A/c Holder can call CS to appoint a 3rd-party to handle day-to-day aspects of their a/c over the phone with CS on their behalf. They will not be cleared to affect contractual matters, like cancellation or upgrades.

Hi,

Is it possible to add my wife as broadband account holder so she can call EE in case of issues ? I travel a lot for work and it's not practical if she can't manage the account in my absence.

In 2025 it's utterly appalling that a household utility service can't be in Mr & Mrs names. We have joint accounts for everything but EE appears to believe there's only 1 person using their services. There's no email service, no chat service and they're suggesting using post to write in? We transferred from BT & now I wish I'd chosen another supplier. Disgraceful
