      <title>Where is my payment?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was applying for a monthly payment plan and was paying the upfront fee. It was deducted from my bank account, but the EE website showed an error message, so the payment didn't go through and it's asking me to pay again to continue. However, the amount has already been deducted and I can't find a solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
