    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4884887"&gt;@oneilljake11&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Welcome to the EE Community&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately once you have activated the Xbox Game pass with a Microsoft account it is not possible to change the account with the current subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What you would need to do is remove the Game Pass Ultimate subscription from your EE account and then re-add it which will then trigger a new activation process to set it up on the account you want.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Depending on how you have the Xbox Game Pass through EE you may be able to do this via the app or website, if not though please &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt;contact us &lt;/A&gt;and let one of our guides know the issue and they will be able to help.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Wrong Gamepass Account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently activated Gamepass Ultimate for the wrong account. Is there anyway I can switch it over to a different Xbox account? I just got it today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
