Paying your bill with a Zilch card

Has anyone ever paid their bill using a Zilch card?

I have previously but for some reason, EE are now rejecting the transaction. I have had no issues in the past but for some reason, now, the payments are being refused. I’ve spoken to the people at Zilch and they advise that whilst they are happy for the payment to be done, EE reject it immediately.

Any help would be much appreciated.

What reason have EE given for the transaction being refused?

I would presume the card is a UK-registered Visa or Mastercard.

No reason given. They did however give me a separate link to the payment system and the payment went through without a hitch.

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble making a payment. Do you have access to another card you can try and make a payment with next time this is needed, so we can check if this is linked to your account with us, or your bank account?
