    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m currently on a &lt;STRONG&gt;SIMO contract&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;amp; want to switch across to the &lt;STRONG&gt;EE Basics social tariff&lt;/STRONG&gt;. &amp;nbsp;All the of the EE advisor that I’ve spoken to have said I can’t switch over despite their website stating,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;“&lt;EM&gt;Existing EE SIM only customers who qualify for EE&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Basics can switch across at any time for no extra charge&lt;/EM&gt;”.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone please explain why this isn’t possible when I managed to do this for another SIMO that was on the same account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe cuz you already have a SIM on EE Basics &amp;amp; you can't have more than 1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Rach,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve spoken to a few advisors and received conflicting information:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;One said the EE Basics Social Tariff no longer exists.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Another said I needed to be in the upgrade window. (but that only applies to handset customers which I’m not).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A third told me that because I’m still in contract, I can’t downgrade to a cheaper plan.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And another didn’t give a reason at all, just advised that if I’m struggling to pay, I should cancel the direct debit and let the collections team get in touch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
