topic Phone Trade In in Contracts & Billing

I recently sent my phone back using the automatic text service , where I texted RETURN to 150, here I received a silver pouch to pop my phone into. However I have since received a text message and returns pack asking to return my old device. I am worried I have returned my device to the wrong place. I am trying to locate my IMEI number to try and locate the device but am worried I have sent it to the wrong place. Can someone advice me on this please ?

Hi there @StephBradley93

Thanks for coming to the community.

The automated text to return is for new orders, or upgrades that you would like to return within 14 days. If you've used the automated text service for the return and this was for a trade in, I would suggest getting in touch by either calling 0208 732 379 or sending an email to eeconsumer.uk@brightstar.com to get the return checked over.

Full details on trade in can be found in the Trade in my old device with EE page.

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.
