You would have to speak to customer service by pressing option 2 and billing, they can take a look for you. We have no idea who you are and do not have access to accounts, so that would be the only option, to speak to one of the guides.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you got it from EE, then going to an. Apple Store will not be able to help, as this has to do with EE, not sure why Apple shop said they will sort it for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
