Any advise?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4865193"&gt;@doudou111&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Did you cancel or did you inform them they you didn’t want it within the 14 day cooling off period? These are not the same thing. &amp;nbsp; A cancellation is exactly that a cancellation of service. Informing them you have had a change of mind is using the cooling off period.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;The cooling off period is only applicable to online or phone sales you do not get a calling off period if it was a sold at an EE store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recommend you call customer support about this so it can be looked at.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
