    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just a quick check - Im wanting to pay my Phone bill in full after it being in collections, once it's paid in full and im no longer in collections, can i upgrade straight away or claim on my insurance policy to have my phone replaced ? ive got a crack in the screen and because im in collections, i cant claim on the insurance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;much appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;jack&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As soon as any bar has lifted and the Collections tag on your account is no longer showing, you're good to make an insurance claim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We recommend that this can take up to 24 hours, but it's often much quicker than that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With upgrades, it would depend on what your credit class is showing as at our end, so if you were wanting to upgrade right away it'd definitely be worth &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt;checking in with our team&lt;/A&gt; so they can let you know all of your options.&lt;/P&gt;
