It will respond with your PAC. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract. At the same time phone CS within your cooling-off period to inform the that you are cancelling it within the cooling-off period.

Hey @AndyC271.

If it was a brand new contract you went for as opposed to an upgrade, usually the two options would be a cancellation within 24 hours, or a PAC being issued.

It wouldn't be possible to swap over to another provider with your number and keep the EE account open with a different plan and number, you would need to reapply.

Upgrading customers can revert to their previous plan then regrade on a new plan, and whilst this isn't normally possible for new contracts, it's worth giving us a call so we can ensure all options have been explored.
