We have various ways that you can pay your bill without having to call up

Pay using the EE app

Download and open the EE app
select Manage
choose your device
select See your full mobile bill
select Make a payment and follow the steps

Paying via the EE website

Log in to EE online
select Bills
select Make a payment and follow the steps

Paying someone else's mobile bill

You can pay someone else’s mobile bill on the EE website without needing to login. You’ll need to have the EE Mobile number you want to make a payment for and your payment card to hand.

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
