    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I recently upgraded &amp;nbsp;my phone contract &amp;amp; I have had nothing but issues about this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;eg contract wrong on app/ overcharged&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I have complained &amp;amp; complaint has been closed 3 times without any change to my situation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;no detail has been given about complaint closure&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I was advised during a telephone call to ee on 15/9/25 I would be refunded &amp;amp; details of contract sorted out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I am still waiting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;as a customer of some years I feel &amp;nbsp;ee customer service is non existent&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;anyone else feel the same ?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;ee can you dirt out for me my queries once &amp;amp; for all &amp;nbsp;?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
