      <title>Why can't I view my bills online? I have tried the website and the app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I go to 'Manage' as suggested but there isn't a 'Billing' option available, the same on the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How am i supposed to get my invoices? This has been going on for months&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4861846"&gt;@kathryn7712&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should also be able to view your bill on the home page of the app, you should bee able to click on it, where it has your mobile number, it should say view bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the app, when you click on manage, the first one you should see Billing, then Mobile &amp;amp; Sim and the rest of them, do you not have either of the ones I have suggested?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have the latest app? Might be worth uninstalling the app, rebooting your device and reinstalling it to s ee if that makes a difference.est&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would otherwise suggest speaking to customer service by pressing option 2 and then billing to get them to refresh your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No the Billing option isn't there online or on the app. I have updated the app, uninstalled and re-installed - no joy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like I'll have to ring customer services again!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You should definitely be able to see billing as the first option under 'Manage', so it definitely sounds like something isn't quite right with how your account has been set up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for getting back to us to confirm you are on contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the billing option is not showing, please try logging in online to check if you are showing as the &lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Contracts-Billing/How-do-I-find-out-who-my-account-holder-is/td-p/1244751" target="_blank"&gt;account holder&lt;/A&gt; rather than the user.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do this by signing in &amp;gt; account settings &amp;gt; manage numbers &amp;gt; check if you are showing as 'user' or 'bill payer'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are showing as a user you will need to change to bill payer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or as mentioned above you could &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
