      <title>Black listed after having a Flex account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been with EE for 13 years, 2 years ago i upgraded to my current phone on a FLEX account. It all went well after 24 months the phone was paid off and I could upgrade....or so I thought. Apparntly because I had this flex account I csnt upgrade the number and also it has stopped me upgrading the other 4 lines I have with them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else come accross this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
