      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was refunded with a cheque and I am struggling to check it as my bank account has been frozen to being scammed … is there anyway that EE would bank transfer to my partners card (which I’ve used to pay my last bill)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'd not be able to arrange the refund back to a card in someone else's name, even if it was used to pay the last bill.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If there isn't a direct debit on the account, the refund would only be possible by cheque.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have another bank account in your name, you'd be able to pay it into that or you can use the same cheque once you have access to your bank account again.&lt;/P&gt;
