Paying off flex pay

Hello,

So I’ve tried to pay off my flex pay early so I can upgrade my phone but the payment seems to have gone into my SIM card contract instead weirdly. Is there any way that I would be able to get that transferred over to the flex pay for my device so that I can upgrade?

How did you pay it? If you paid it against your a/c it will go towards your monthly airtime plan. You need to call CS to pay towards your device's flexpay plan.

Ah I payed it via the website. Would they be able to transfer that accidental payment into my flex pay or refund it so I could pay for it?

You still need to call CS even if just to refund it & if you refund it you still need to ask CS to pay it towards your flexpay. So it still 1 call to CS to do what you want to do.
