I moved form 02 in June because of the abysmal signal issues . I om on a sim only plan , the signal is excellent by the way and so pleased i changed from 02. Its says i can upgrade to a new phone in December , i have called and apparently i cant have another product until being a customer for 6 months . But i am constantly being asked to take out contacts for broadband or EE TV when i call or message regarding this , could some one explain
