&lt;P&gt;I can understand your frustration at not being able to just upgrade online.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you seeing any other kind of error message, or is it just telling you to call 150?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There can be some online only offers when upgrading, or if it is a good as new phone, this would be only available online.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you aren't able to do this, it would need a call to 150 for them to look at the options. If you let them know what you've seen, they'll see if they can do it for you, or our tech guides can look at why you can't upgrade online.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Upgrading via APP vs 150</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First post - I am attempting to upgrade partner's phone but after trying to use the app and website (on various devices, various browsers) it keeps advising me to simply call 150 - however their prices are MUCH dearer than the ones offered to me online for the same deals and phones. Do I just have to "bulldoze" through the sales rubbish to get the best deal?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
