Its incredibly frustrating to have to ring each month to be issued a bill and its incorrect I cant check anything, with not being able to log in online. I really wish I hadn't moved over to EE, its 2025 and I cant even register to log on online. No real explanation as to why and when it will be resolved, surely part of what I pay is for this service.
