@Adz8891 If you do not know that them @Peter_W will direct you to call EE CS to find it out, or look on a previous bill or if none, approx 8 day's after the service went active, e-mail should have been sent to you!

Log into your account and you just may see all the detail's that you require!

For help with viewing your broadband bill and due dates have a look at View your EE broadband bill

Alternatively, please give Customer Service a call where a guide will be able to check your account and let you know the dates.
