I have sent a text to 65075 requesting a pac code as I want to end my contact with ee (reluctantly, but have found something cheaper) and change providers. My contract ends on 6th October. Ee have rung my twice already asking for my reasons to leaving. I gave my reasons and then they put the phone down pretty much right away. Does this mean they will be sending me the pac still? I won't be cancelling my contract until the pac card has arrived of course as I still need my ee number valid.
Many thanks

Hi @Tee193,

Thanks for visiting the EE Community

I am sorry to hear you are looking to leave and I am sorry that the guides put the phone down on you as that is not how we expect calls to be handled.

As mentioned if you have requested a PAC code it should come automatically via text rather than needing to be sent manually by a guides. Was it PAC to 65075 you text?

You can also request the code by following the link on our help page and logging into your account.

Alex
