      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Subject: Request for Refund – Final Bill After PAC Cancellation&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Dear EE Customer Services,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I recently cancelled our EE mobile contracts by using PAC codes to transfer our numbers.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;According to EE’s billing process, I understand that a final bill will be generated which may show a credit balance/refund for line rental already paid in advance.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;We have since cancelled our Direct Debit, so please arrange for any refund to be paid directly into our bank account by bank transfer.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;If payment cannot be made via bank transfer, please confirm how you will return the balance owed.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I would appreciate confirmation by email or letter that this request has been received and that our refund will be processed.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thank you for your assistance.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no access to individual customer accounts on this public internet forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My understanding is that if a DD refund fails, then a cheque refund may be issued instead,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
