I've just had a similar call from 020 3409 8017. It sounded like an Indian call centre . They said I would receive a pin for an id reset and then phoned back and asked what the pin was.

While our teams may call at times and need to send you a security PIN, this isn't a number we use, and our teams would do it all on the call without the need to call back.
