NHS Discount code not working

I'm upgrading my iPhone to a 17.

Have generated my NHS EE Discount code but it's saying code not valid. Never had this issue before.

Anyone know why?

It is great to hear that you are looking to upgrade to the iPhone 17.

Are you trying to upgrade to a Flex Pay plan, where you have separate payments for the phone and plan, or is it a standard contract with one payment?

If it is Flex Pay, which plan is it? The discount cannot be used with a plan that is currently on offer/discounted.
