      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I'm on a.oayment.plan.with EE i.made.the.paymsnt that I would.normaly make.connie.who i.spoke.to.at ee said.what she can.do.is take.my.payment now.reconect.me and.on the 23of.seotember which is a few.days away if I pay half they will cover the.other half.she.put it all.in writing on my account but now.i have been disconnected and my account is.with collections what can I do.i need.my broadband.in an emergency as my mobile hasn't been working properly so.i.do calls via broadband as my house phone.hasnt been working for over 3.weeks can some.one help plz thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
