I have been struggling financially at the moment and have fallen behind on my bill payments. I was told that if I paid off a certain amount the restrictions on my account would be lifted automatically within a few hours. But now that I have paid off the amount required to lift the restrictions they have told me that I have to pay off the remaining balance on my account which I don’t currently have. Does anyone know what I can do to get my phone restrictions lifted now? I need to be able to use my phone now as I have family abroad. Thanks guys

@Debbiethain : If you're having difficulty paying your bill on time you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill
