      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I paid my broadband and bill yesterday which I got a confirmation email about yesterday evening when I paid it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;this afternoon I received an email saying your suspending my broadband due to unpaid bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you sort my account out and stop emailing me with incorrect information as it is causing me undue stress.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
