This doesn't apply to store orders.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have ordered online or over the phone and have already received the phone, you can follow the steps on our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/orders/how-to-return-a-product-bought-within-the-last-14-days" target="_blank"&gt;Returning a mobile device or SIM (within 14 days)&lt;/A&gt; page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you've not received it yet, and haven't had notice that it has been dispatched, the best option is to call our c&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;ustomer service guides&lt;/A&gt;, and they can see if the order can be cancelled before it is sent out.&lt;/P&gt;
