Hi I've just moved to another network after 10 years with EE. I was on a monthly rolling sim only. Number was changed over on 2nd September. I paid EE on 31st August for the next month. So if this is paid in advance would I get a refund ? Thanks.

Yes, you should get a final bill with any time after transferring out credited to your normal payment method.

Ok thanks. The EE app is saying account closed though? Should I just wait a few days?

@Clarkatron67 If you paid via DD do not cancel that DD yet. As EE will use that to refund you.
