      <title>Demands for fees?</title>
      <link>https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Contracts-Billing/Demands-for-fees/m-p/1560867#M103588</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;A curious one here, Firstly, I don't use EE, yet receiving regular demands for payments, despite closing EE account 7 months ago and returned the router and payed final fee, which I have receipts for and confirmation I no longer owe EE anything. today I am in receipt of yet another demand for money of £100s.&amp;nbsp; Despite every attempt to contact EE online, they all failed due to a 'bot' or something telling me to contact itself all the time, but offering no response itself.&amp;nbsp; 15 notifications received 15 copies of itself! As I am concerned these demands are some sort of scam, so I am ignoring them; however EE's refusal to offer an e-mail response to me means I cannot sort this issue out as to if the demands are valid or justified, as I have a notification from EE stating I have paid what is due.&amp;nbsp; Can EE please offer me a viable contact via e-mail? Also WHY is EE refusing to acknowledge written mail? which I also tried to no avail? and spamming my telephone with adverts I don't want?&amp;nbsp; I don't USE EE, I have a Virgin account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
