      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having trouble paying my broadband bill, it's just said for the last week or so that they are updating the app and website and I can only visit the community site, so I'm likely to have my broadband cut off if the issue isn't fixed asap &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":loudly_crying_face:"&gt;😭&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp; I keep forgetting to call their number during the day and I'm disabled and chronic illnesses too so I'm not often awake during normal hours so this update thing sucks &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
