&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the EE Community&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should be able to &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/billing-payments/guide-to-bill/view-my-monthly-bill" target="_blank"&gt;view your online bill&lt;/A&gt; either via the website or the app, on both once logged in select Manage and then select Billing. You should see a summary of your latest bill and if you wish to download the PDF of the bill there is a download button underneath the summary.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you been able to test viewing the bill both in app and on the website? What is happening when you try and view the bill?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
