      <description>&lt;P&gt;Received a text this morning saying....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi from EE. A new document for your Google Pixel 9 Pro XL 256GB Obsidian device agreement is now available. Log in to ee.co.uk/go/login to view it. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However when I log in, it's impossible to find this new document. It's not in my documents where you'd naturally assume it is!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any idea where it might be?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you recently upgraded or taken out a new line?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can check your new plan details by logging into the EE App or website and navigating to Manage &amp;gt; View Full Usage. From there, you should be able to see your documents, including your new plan information.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend giving our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer service guides a call&lt;/A&gt;. They’ll be able to look into this further and help get things sorted for you.&lt;/P&gt;
