Billing for Full Works package

I joined EE from BT last month. I arranged the Full Works package over the phone at an introductory offer of £25 a month from 3 months. My bill received yesterday shows a Full Works charge of £80 plus an unknown additional charge I know nothing about.

The bill is incorrect. For example I have an earlier EE e mail confirming Netflhx activated fir £0.00. I should only be paying £25 a month on top of my standard broadband and phone add on for calls anytime.

Your bill should show a breakdown.

If you're unsure then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

The bill is indeed broken down including a Netflix charge where I have a previous e mail confirming £0.00

I'll have to speak to someone I think
