    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4609870"&gt;@BasilS2025&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Because refunds have to be checked, cleared and then approved and that’s not down to the store to approve your refund it’s an account billing refund. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why go to a store to pay your bill you can do this yourself online via your account or the EE app or via&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/bills-payments/mobile/fast-payment" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;FAST PAYMENT &lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The price is on the card reader before you put your card/phone to it to pay. &amp;nbsp; Did you not look at that at all ? &amp;nbsp;Because I always look at that to make sure it’s correct when paying for something&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Wrong Payment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went into an EE shop to pay my bill of £81. they took £113 without asking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The young man clearly wasn’t listening to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am told that EE can't refund it for 4-5 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It takes seconds to take money, but days to refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where will my money be siting during that time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other companies are able to refund their mistakes the same day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is not the first time that this has happened to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will not be renewing my contract and will not advise anyone else to, either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My bank can't help either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else experienced this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
