&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How are you trying to log in? Is it via the website or the app?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What happens when you try to log in? Do you see any error message?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is the app, please try making sure the software is up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try uninstalling it and re-installing the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are trying to log in via the website you could try a different browser to see if that works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having this trouble too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I enter my password, it says the password is wrong. I click Forgot my password, it sends me a 6 digit code. I enter the code. I then get sent back to the main menu where my only option is to log in from the beginning again!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using Firefox to login didn't work, but using Chrome it worked! It still said my password was wrong but the "Forgot my password" code worked, so I was able to change my password and log in with Chrome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Strangely, when I logged in with my new password using Firefox again...it logged me in!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why did it work in Chrome and not in Firefox?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So Ritu_D's solution, use a different browser worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
